Start with the demo request.

Setl Property is at validation stage and does not operate a general support desk. The demo request form is the working route in, and it reaches the people who would do the work.

Routes

Three ways to make progress today.

Request a demo

The fastest route. Describe your current process or send a redacted extract of your register, and a written set of findings is prepared from it.

Evaluate the product first

The demonstration environment is open and needs no account. It runs on fictional sample data and resets when you refresh the page.

Security and data handling questions

What the current build includes, what it does not, and what a production deployment would require, stated in full.

Before you write

What to include, and what to leave out.

A short, redacted description gets a more useful answer than a detailed one that has to be handled carefully.

Describe the shape of the problem rather than the specifics: how many accountable items you hold approximately, how many projects or grants they sit under, how custody is recorded today, and what you cannot currently answer when someone asks.

Helpful to include

  • Approximate accountable item count and number of projects or grants involved
  • Categories of equipment — laptops, handsets, networking, test, field
  • How custody and hand receipts are recorded today
  • Whether equipment is held by field partners or deployed off-site
  • The question you currently cannot answer quickly

Do not send sensitive information

Do not send classified information, export-controlled technical data, controlled unclassified information, credentials, or unredacted grant or project records through this website.

Response expectations

Requests are reviewed and answered by a person, not routed through a ticketing system. During validation, expect a considered reply rather than an immediate one.

If a request needs project-specific detail to be useful, that exchange will be moved to an agreed channel with appropriate handling controls before anything sensitive is sent.
