Demo and pilot

Request a demo.

Tell us about your organization and how you track accountable equipment today. We will follow up about a demonstration and, where appropriate, a review of your current process. Submit redacted, non-sensitive information only.

What we discuss
Your current tracking process, accountable equipment volume, custody and verification gaps, and whether a private pilot workspace would fit.
What we ask for
Seven short questions: who you are, your organization, your role, roughly how many accountable assets you manage, how you track them today, and what is going wrong. No registers, records, or documents at this stage.
What you receive
A follow-up about a demonstration and, where useful, an initial equipment accountability review. Findings are observations, not compliance determinations.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, credentials, grant documents, serial numbers, or sensitive asset records through this form.

Setl Property supports equipment accountability workflows for grant-funded and project-based organizations. It does not certify compliance and does not replace grant requirements, legal advice, program leadership, or external reporting systems. Government contractors may use it as one internal record alongside official systems where applicable.
