This website presents a validation build of Setl Property. It is provided for evaluation. No paid service, service level, support commitment, or availability commitment is offered through it.

The demonstration environment contains fictional sample data created for illustration. It does not represent any real project, organisation, individual, serial number, or item of equipment, and it must not be relied on as an example of any real accountability record.

Setl Property supports equipment accountability workflows for grant-funded and project-based organizations. It does not certify compliance with any regulation, grant requirement, or standard, and no statement on this website should be read as such a certification.

Nothing on this site guarantees an audit outcome, prevents a finding or penalty, or constitutes approval, endorsement, or accreditation by any agency or funder.

Setl Property does not replace grant requirements, program leadership, finance teams, legal counsel, or external reporting systems your funder or board requires.

Where your grant or project requires a report, a determination, or a submission through an external system, that obligation remains yours. Recording something in Setl Property does not discharge it. Government contractors may optionally use it alongside official systems such as PIEE or PCARSS.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit, for ensuring you are permitted to submit it, and for redacting it appropriately before submission.

You must not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, controlled unclassified information, credentials, or unredacted grant or project records through this website or its demonstration environment.

You must not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to extract content for the purpose of building a competing dataset.

The design, copy, structure, and code of this website are the property of Setl Property. The fictional sample data is provided for evaluation of the product and not for reuse as a dataset.

This website and its demonstration environment are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setl Property is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including any regulatory, contractual, or audit consequence.

These terms will change as the product develops. The version published on this page applies to the build currently deployed.
