Setl Property

Privacy

Privacy statement.

Setl Property is at validation stage and stores no customer records. This statement describes the current build rather than a future one.

Section 01

Scope of this statement

This statement covers the Setl Property website and its public demonstration environment. It describes the current validation build. It will be replaced before any production service holding customer records is offered.

Section 02

Information collected through this website

The website does not require an account and does not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics profiles.

The demonstration environment holds fictional sample data only. Anything you type into it — transfers, verifications, inspections, or CSV imports — is held in your browser session and discarded when you refresh the page. It is never transmitted to a server.

The redacted register upload field on the review request page is a placeholder. In this build the selected file is not read, transmitted, or stored; only its name is displayed locally so the field can be reviewed.

Section 03

Review request submissions

When no submission endpoint is configured, the review request form validates in your browser and produces a summary on screen. Nothing is transmitted or retained.

When a submission endpoint is configured, the form is provided by a third-party form processor and submissions are handled under that processor's terms and privacy practices. In that configuration the information you enter is transmitted to and stored by the processor.

Submit only redacted, non-sensitive business information. Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, controlled unclassified information, credentials, or unredacted grant or project records.

Section 04

Information you should not send

Treat this website as a public channel. Do not send personal data about individuals beyond the business contact details required to reply to you, and do not send information about equipment that identifies specific projects, serial numbers, or facility locations.

If a review requires that level of detail, it should be exchanged through an agreed channel with appropriate handling controls in place.

Section 05

Server logs

Requests to this website may be recorded in standard hosting logs, which typically include the requested URL, timestamp, response status, user agent, and network address. These logs exist to operate and secure the service and are not used to build a profile of you.

Section 06

Retention

Because no customer records are stored in this build, there is nothing to retain beyond hosting logs and, where a submission endpoint is configured, the submissions held by the form processor.

Section 07

Requests and questions

For questions about this statement, or to ask what has been retained from a submission you made, write to inquiries.setl@outlook.com and describe your request without including sensitive detail.

Section 08

Changes

This statement will change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and this page always describes the build currently deployed.
